An ingame tier list does not assume a speedrun but it does assume an efficient playthrough. The reasoning for this is the fact that all competitive players on this website use that tier list for all battles.

Pokemon let s go tier list smogon. Lgpe ou aims to create a mostly balanced metagame within the limited framework that the lets go games give us. This tier list does resemble smogons tier list. What will differentiate these tiers from smogon tiers is that these tiers are not based on usage but on usability. For the most part this will be determined by base stat total unless there are mitigating factors such as ability. Smogons tier list is made by people who have played competitive pokemon battles long enough to know the metagame inside and out whereas you probably dont even know what a metagame is. We will be voting on tier names later but we will adopt the name ubers for the banlist not unlike smogon.
